Winter 09         Introduction to Food Writing Weekend, Seattle, WA
Date TBD         Two-day intensive workshop on the fundmanetals of food
                          writing. Covers basics on writing books, articles, blogs, recipe
                          testing, restaurant reviewing and more. Includes a cooking
                          demo and reviewing dry run. Limited to 12 participants.
